About

The playing field finally tilted. Somebody should tell the small guys.

MLE Consulting Agency is a one-purpose business: put the systems that big companies used to monopolize into the hands of the shops, practices, and crews competing against them.

No obligation. No jargon. Plain English.

The person who runs your audit, oversees your build, and picks up the phone afterwards. Not an account manager.

Why I started this

For most of business history, being big came with a set of advantages that money simply bought. Somebody answering the phone at nine at night. A marketing team that never let a lead go cold. An analyst who could tell you which of your services actually made money. None of it was clever. It was just expensive, and that expense was the wall.

Small businesses lost jobs to that wall constantly — and usually not on quality. The plumber who does better work than the regional chain still loses the booking, because the chain picked up at 9 p.m. and he was under a sink. The practice with the kinder staff still bleeds no-shows, because nobody had ten minutes to send the reminder texts. Watching that happen over and over is what put the idea in my head. It is a systems gap, not a skill gap, and it decides who gets paid.

Then the price of that wall collapsed. The same capabilities — instant answers day or night, follow-up that never forgets, marketing that runs itself, decisions made on real numbers — now cost tens to low hundreds of dollars a month, and can be live in a business in weeks rather than quarters. That is the genuinely new thing, and it happened faster than most owners noticed.

So I started MLECA because the opportunity is real and almost nobody is handing it to the businesses it would help most. The technology is not the hard part anymore. The hard part is knowing which piece to build first, wiring it into the tools you already have, and making sure it earns its keep — and that part is my job, not yours.

The goal is not to make your business look like a big one. It is to let a great local business out-service a national one, and still be the kind of business you wanted when you started it.

Mission

Even the playing field for small and medium businesses.

Make the kind of AI, automation, and technology that used to need an enterprise budget practical, affordable, and profitable for everyone else — and hand it over as a plain return: dollars earned, customers gained, and hours given back to the owner.

Vision

Service set by how smart your systems are, not how big your budget is.

A world where a great local business answers faster, follows up better, and treats people more personally than a national competitor — because the tools to do it are finally within reach of anybody willing to use them.

The promise

We don't sell software. We install outcomes — dollars, customers, and time — and we prove it.

How we work

Six commitments that shape every engagement. They're also the things we'd want promised to us if we were the ones hiring.

The part most About pages leave out

MLECA is new. We could dress that up. We'd rather just say it. What sits behind the work is not a decade of logos on a wall. It's a documented method. There is a written audit framework. There is a way of measuring that starts from your own numbers, before anything gets built. And there is published research on what these systems return across a great many small businesses. You'll find those figures cited with their sources wherever they appear on this site. Our example scenarios are labeled as illustrative, not dressed up as clients.

Being new has one genuine advantage. You get the founder. He runs your audit, oversees your build, and takes your six-month check-in — no handoff to somebody you have not met, and no queue. And the newness stops at the company: the hands-on engineering comes from our technology partner, NovaEdge Solutions, whose CEO, Wajid Ali Shah, has fifteen years of software engineering behind him.

Who we work with

For tax, insurance & accounting, visit our sister company MRECAI — the same no-jargon approach, a different set of problems. If what you need sits on that side of the line, we'll point you there rather than stretch to cover it.

Our technology partner is NovaEdge Solutions, the engineering team behind the heavier builds — and behind A.T.L.A.S. Engine, an AI lead-generation platform that finds prospects, researches them, writes the outreach, and books the meetings. Working with a partner that ships its own product means the people building your systems maintain software they have to live with too.
