Terms of use

The rules for using this site

These are the terms you agree to by using www.mleca.com. We have kept them short and written them the way we write everything else. Where a legal phrase is unavoidable, there is a plain-English translation next to it.

Effective July 25, 2026.

The short version

  • This site is here to teach and to explain. It is not a contract for work, and it is not professional advice.
  • Nothing here promises a specific result. What a system returns depends on your business.
  • The words, design, and code are ours. Read them, print them, and share the links freely.
  • Use of the site is at your own risk, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

Who these terms are between

This website is run by MLE Consulting Agency. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean MLE Consulting Agency, and "you" means anyone using the site. If you use the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

It is an information site. It explains what we do, who we do it for, and how the work runs. The blog, the guides, the frequently asked questions, and the calculator are here to be useful before you ever talk to us.

It is not professional advice. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or employment advice, and reading it does not make us your consultant. For advice about your own situation, talk to a qualified professional. If you and we agree to work together, that work is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement wins wherever it differs from this page.

No guarantee of specific results

This is the important one, so it is said plainly. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular outcome. We do not guarantee a number of leads, an amount of revenue, a number of hours saved, or a payback period.

Results depend on the business: how you price, how you sell, how busy you already are, what your team does with a system once it is running, and plenty of things neither of us controls. Two businesses can install the same system and get very different returns.

Where the site shows figures, they are illustrative and labeled as such. Case studies described as illustrative are composite scenarios, not the record of a named client. Statistics we cite come from published research, and we name the source next to the number; that research describes other businesses, not yours.

The calculator is an estimate, not a quote

The return-on-investment calculator does simple arithmetic on the figures you type in. It assumes a fixed number of working weeks and a conservative win rate, and it cannot know your slow season, your repeat customers, or the jobs you turn down. Treat it as a rough sense of the size of a problem. It is not a quote, an appraisal, or a forecast, and no price is offered by it.

What is ours

The writing, the design, the layout, the code, the graphics, and the MLECA and MLE Consulting Agency names and logo belong to us, or are used by us with permission. They are protected by copyright and trademark law. Copyright © 2026 MLE Consulting Agency. All rights reserved.

You are welcome to:

  • Read anything here, and print or save a copy for your own use.
  • Share a link to any page, anywhere, without asking us.
  • Quote a short passage, as long as you say it came from us and link back to the page.

Please do not:

  • Republish our pages, in whole or in substantial part, as if they were yours.
  • Sell our content, or fold it into a product you sell.
  • Use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, or that you work for us.
  • Scrape, crawl, or copy the site at a volume that gets in the way of other people using it, or try to break into any part of it.

If you want to use something here in a way this section does not cover, email us. The answer is usually yes.

What you send us

If you send us a question, an idea, or feedback about the site, we may use it to improve what we do and to write about the problem in general terms. We will not publish your name, your business, or anything that identifies you without asking you first. What you send must be yours to send, and must not be unlawful or someone else's confidential information.

Links to other websites

We link out to research, tools, and our sister company MRECAI. Those sites are run by other people. We do not control them, we are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your information, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it. Once you leave this site, the other site's terms and privacy policy apply to you, not ours.

The site itself

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise either without interruption. Pages get updated, prices and practices change, and hosting has outages. We may change, move, or remove any part of the site at any time, and we may do it without notice.

In legal terms, the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In plain English: we are not making any legal promise that the site will be error-free, always up, or suited to your particular plans.

Limits on what we owe you

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

In plain English: if a decision you made after reading this site does not work out, that is on the decision, not on the reading. This limit is about the website. It does not touch any obligation we take on in a signed agreement to do work for you, and it does not exclude anything the law says cannot be excluded, such as liability for fraud.

If something here does not hold up

If a court decides that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands. If we do not enforce something straight away, that does not mean we have given it up.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change this page and the effective date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms, so it is worth a look if the date has moved.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, in the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this site or these terms belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in New York. In plain English: if there is ever an argument about this website, New York law settles it, and a New York court hears it.

How to reach us

Questions about these terms go to a person, not a ticket queue.
